ClearEnroll LLC provides ClearEnroll, a workspace for licensed benefits agencies. A new agency starts a 14-day trial. A paid license, the paid-through date, and suspension are set by the platform owner. No card is collected on the public signup page.

The agency is responsible for the enrollee, employer, and census information it stores, and for the messages it sends. Employer administrators see only the group they were invited to. An individual employee record stays inside that agency.

Client-facing pages and email carry the agency’s name and a small “Powered by ClearEnroll” mark. That mark identifies ClearEnroll LLC. It does not make ClearEnroll LLC the employer or the plan.
